| 8th September 2015 | WEPL ratify composition of WEPL divisions for 2016. |
| 30th September 2015 | Deadline for entry into the WCCL for 2016. Log into your club website account to submit your entry. |
| Early October 2015 | Divisional composition of WCCL for 2016 announced. |
| 16th October 2015 | Deadline for submission of player stats for AGM awards and 2016 handbook. Log into your club website account to submit your player stats. |
| End of October 2015 | Provisional 2016 fixtures published. |
| 24th November 2015 | League AGM. |
| Early 2016 | Deadline for submission of contact information for 2016 handbook. |
| 25th April 2016 | League Spring Meeting. |
| 7th May 2016 | First week of 2016 league season. |
